Dispatch Facility & Merchant Information
All orders are hand-prepared, quality inspected, and dispatched directly from our studio:
1. Total Delivery Time = Crafting Time + Courier Transit
Unlike mass-produced warehouse items, many of our gifts are custom-crafted, individually personalised with your text or photography, or hand-poured from resin and soy wax.
1 to 3 Business Days
Time required in our Ipswich atelier to prepare, print, cure, inspect, and package your personalised creations prior to carrier handover.
2 to 4 Business Days
Transit time with Royal Mail or courier partners once the parcel has been scanned into the postal delivery network.

Free Delivery Calculation: The free delivery threshold applies automatically when your eligible basket product subtotal reaches £50.00 or more before shipping.
3. Order Tracking & Notifications
You will receive automatic email updates at every key milestone of your order journey:
- Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after placing your order, detailing your reference number.
- Production & Crafting: For personalised items, we notify you when your bespoke item enters production.
- Dispatch & Tracking: Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive an email containing your tracking reference code and link to monitor delivery progress online.

We know how important it is that your gifts arrive in flawless condition. We employ tailored, eco-conscious packaging protocols:
- Ceramic Mugs & Slates: Enclosed in double-walled, custom-moulded shockproof boxes to prevent chipping or cracking.
- Resin & Keepsakes: Wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and elegant presentation pouches ready for gifting.
- Eco-Friendly Materials: We prioritize recyclable cartons and biodegradable protective fillers wherever possible.
5. Transit Times & Carrier Delays
While our studio maintains strict dispatch schedules, transit times provided by postal carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Transit times may be subject to external delays beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, seasonal carrier volumes (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), or regional courier disruptions.
