Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 September 2026 • Effective for all orders placed with GlowPrint Boutique Ltd
Merchant & Company Information
This website (glowprint-boutique.netlify.app / GlowPrint Boutique) is owned and operated by:
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all purchases of handcrafted gifts, homeware, and bespoke keepsakes from GlowPrint Boutique Ltd. By browsing our website, placing an order, or communicating bespoke design instructions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, delivery, and payment information for all purchases made through our store.
3. Order Process & Contract Formation
Order Placement & Acknowledgement: You may submit an order through our online storefront using our Guest Checkout or via direct studio correspondence. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified items under these Terms. Upon submission, you will receive an automated notification acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing your reference number. This notification confirms receipt only and does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.
Contract Formation & Acceptance: A legally binding contract between you and GlowPrint Boutique Ltd is formed only when we send you an express written confirmation of order acceptance. For personalised or custom-made items, this acceptance confirmation may be issued after design specifications, layout previews, or proof details have been clarified and approved.
Order Refusal & Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that we cannot produce legally, technically, or within the required timeframe, as well as in cases of material unavailability, obvious pricing or catalogue description errors, or inability to obtain valid payment authorisation. In any such circumstance, any payment received will be promptly refunded in full.
4. Pricing, Currency & VAT
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP). Delivery charges are clearly stated prior to order submission and itemized in your order summary.
VAT Notice: GlowPrint Boutique Ltd is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. All prices shown are the total product prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP), excluding any separately displayed delivery charge. No VAT is added at checkout or charged on your order.
We endeavor to ensure that all pricing information is accurate. In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect price and will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.
5. Payment Terms & Processing
Payment instructions and available payment methods are presented during checkout or communicated directly by our studio team via official email or WhatsApp correspondence.
Where online card payment options are enabled and utilized, payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Transactions are encrypted in accordance with industry security standards. GlowPrint Boutique Ltd does not process or retain complete payment card details on its servers.
6. Personalised, Custom-Made & Bespoke Items
Many of our creations are individually personalised, printed, engraved, or hand-crafted to order according to customer specifications (such as bespoke names, dates, photographs, custom messages, and tailored colour palettes).
Customer Accuracy & Approvals: Customers are requested to verify all spelling, capitalisation, punctuation, dates, numerals, and uploaded photographs carefully prior to order submission or proof confirmation. If GlowPrint Boutique Ltd faithfully reproduces an error that was present in the customer-submitted text or in a design proof expressly approved by the customer, the shop may not be held responsible for that error. However, this does not exclude the boutique's responsibility for its own workmanship, agreed design checks, and craftsmanship standards.
Remake Assistance: Where an error originates from customer-supplied or customer-approved details, any offer of a reprint or remake at a reduced rate is entirely discretionary and assessed on an individual, case-by-case basis, rather than a guaranteed contractual right.
Artisanal Variations: Our items are handcrafted from authentic materials including natural rock slate, dried botanical florals, soy wax, and jewellery-grade resin. You acknowledge that natural variations in stone texture, chiseled edge profiles, floral placement, petal coloration, and resin depth are inherent characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.
7. Cancellation & Return Rights
Your rights regarding cancellations and returns differ depending on whether the purchased items are standard (off-the-shelf) or bespoke/personalised.
A. Standard (Non-Personalised) Products
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of standard, non-personalised items within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your clear decision to cancel (by email to glowprint.boutique@gmail.com or via WhatsApp). Following your cancellation notification, you have a further 14 calendar days to dispatch the returned items to our returns facility: 26 Lanercost Way, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP2 9DL, United Kingdom.
Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind cancellations, the customer is responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods, as notified prior to ordering. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
Reimbursement & Timelines: We will issue a refund using the original payment method within the statutory applicable timeframe (no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, the day you supply verifiable evidence of having dispatched the goods back).
Delivery Cost Reimbursement & Handling Deductions: The refund will include the standard delivery cost initially paid; if you chose an enhanced or premium delivery method, only the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method will be reimbursed. In accordance with statutory regulations, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
B. Personalised & Custom-Made Products
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the statutory right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
As part of our studio customer service policy, you may request cancellation of a bespoke order before physical crafting, printing, or personalised production has commenced, in which case a full refund will be provided. However, once our atelier has initiated custom crafting or personalised processing, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for simple change of mind.
Protection for Faulty or Non-Conforming Bespoke Goods: The exemption for personalised goods applies strictly to change-of-mind cancellations. Any bespoke product that arrives damaged, is defective, does not match its description, or differs from the final design specifications approved by you remains fully protected by statutory consumer law and will be promptly replaced or refunded.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied by GlowPrint Boutique Ltd must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged. Requesting prompt photographs does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. While reporting transit damage promptly with photos of the parcel and packaging helps us swiftly arrange carrier claims and immediate solutions, providing photographs is a practical request to expedite assistance and does not restrict or condition your statutory consumer remedies.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund depending on the circumstances and timeframe. Where a replacement or refund is agreed for faulty or damaged items, GlowPrint Boutique Ltd covers all associated delivery and reasonable return costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Delivery, Shipping & Delays
Studio Crafting vs. Transit Time: Because our gifts are handcrafted, estimated dispatch times (typically 1–3 business days for personalization) represent the time required in our atelier before handing over to the delivery carrier. Transit time begins once the parcel is collected by Royal Mail or our designated courier.
Delivery Tracking: All parcels are dispatched with tracked delivery. Tracking details are emailed to you upon dispatch.
Free UK Delivery Threshold: Orders with an eligible product subtotal of £50 or more qualify for complimentary standard UK delivery (a £4.99 standard delivery fee applies to product subtotals below £50).
Carrier Delays: While we endeavor to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as transit times may be subject to adverse weather, postal strikes, seasonal carrier peaks, or local courier disruptions outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our website, brand name, logos, text, photography, product designs, and graphics are the exclusive property of GlowPrint Boutique Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Customer Materials: By uploading or submitting photographs, logos, or artwork for bespoke production, you warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and copyright clearances to use and reproduce such materials. You agree to indemnify GlowPrint Boutique Ltd against any third-party claims arising from alleged copyright or trademark infringement in materials supplied by you.
11. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious technology, nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to our server, database, or network infrastructure.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 17 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, (d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or (e) any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.
Subject to the above, we are responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms. We are not liable for any business losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and GlowPrint Boutique Ltd agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively, and nothing in this clause deprives you of any mandatory statutory consumer protections under the law of your home jurisdiction.
